When It's All Too Much
Holding Space and Holding On
Emerging Hold space for doubt. Hold space for questioning. Hold space for frustration. Hold space for nothingness. Hold space for sadness. Hold space for anticipation. Hold space for loneliness. Hold space for grief. Hold space for anger. Hold space for the automatic tendency to push it all away.
Allow your feelings to go undefined in order to align— something needs to be cleared away in order for something new to take hold. This breaking down of components is necessary in order to make room for new structure.
So cry if you need to. Sleep if you want to. Feast and starve. Open up to all the vacillating sensations as they ebb and flow through you. You will not drown. You are being held.
Be gentle with yourself. Do not hold yourself accountable to the less than, instead hold out for the more of that is to come.
Allow what is to be and trust that the current ever-changing states of energy will shift and recalibrate.
All is not lost, all is changing.
You are not lost in this sluggishness, you are merely downloading for a greater whole.
Hold on for that.

Allow what is to be and trust that the current ever-changing states of energy will shift and recalibrate….
I love that. We need it now.❤️
Love your words and would love more “short” stacks like this! Beautifully written and relevant to January. ❄️💤
